Cotton seed hulls are the outer coverings of the cotton seed and are separated from the kernel prior to the oil extraction process and it represents up to 30% of the cotton seed.

  • They can be used as part of cattle feed because of its rich nutritional value and fibres in it.
  • Due to its excellent roughages they can be used in cleaning of oil pipelines.
  • They are also used as substrate for cultivation of mushrooms.

We produce around 20,000 MT of cotton seed hulls per year.
